The Story Of
RookaBakes
Once upon a time, I was a young girl named Tara, and nicknamed TaraRooka by my brother, and I loved helping my mom bake delicious treats in the kitchen.
My whole family loved spending time in the
kitchen together creating wonderful memories and making lots of special days, even more magical with delicious food!
I later attended the Art Institute of Santa Ana, where I earned my Associates degree in Baking and Pastry Art, and my Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. I have continued to work in the industry for 12 years…
